Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
- Follow the instructions and provide the necessary details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return instead.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order."
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
Exceptions & Notes
- Customized or perishable items may not be eligible for return or cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
